Bidder shall submit detail drawings, design, and layout plan of civil works.
The bidder shall submit the details of BOQ of civil and electrical works.
Accessories, spares and consumables
All standard accessories, consumables and parts required to operate the equipment, including
all standard tools and cleaning and lubrication materials, to be included in the offer. Bidders
must specify the quantity of every item included in their offer (including items not specified
above).
Operating Environment
The system offered shall be designed to store and to operate normally under the conditions of
the purchaser’s country. The conditions include Power Supply, Climate, Temperature,
Humidity, etc.
Power supply: 220-240 VAC, 50Hz single phase/400 – 420 VAC, 50Hz three phase as
appropriate fitted with appropriate plug. The power cable must be at least 3 meter in length.
Standards and Safety Requirements
It shall have approval of “Pollution Control Board” of purchaser’s country.
All mandatory approvals required for the installation and operation of incinerator shall be done
by the bidder.
Must submit ISO 9001 AND
CE or USFDA approved product certificate.
User Training
Must provide user training (including how to use and maintain the equipment).
Warranty
Comprehensive warranty for 2 years after acceptance.
Maintenance Service during Warranty Period

The bidder must arrange for the equipment to be installed and commissioned by certified or
qualified personnel; any prerequisites for installation to be communicated to the purchaser in
advance, in detail.

1) Politique

– La gestion de l’élimination des déchets doit faire l’objet d’une attention particulière pour éviter les infections hospitalières.

– Les déchets infectieux doivent être gérés, stockés de manière stricte et brûlés par un incinérateur situé sur le site de l’hôpital.

2) Plan d’élimination des déchets

  1. a) Classification

– Les déchets médicaux hospitalisés sont classés comme suit;

Infections Déchets Déchets spécialement contrôlés Orgue, aiguille, etc.
Déchets industriels Gants en caoutchouc, etc.
Déchets généraux Gaze, etc.
Déchets généraux Plastique, caoutchouc Flacon à perfusion, etc.

  1. b) Élimination des déchets d’infections

– Ségrégation: L’élimination des déchets infectés doit être séparée de manière appropriée et emballée dans des conteneurs particuliers et livrée à un stockage particulier. La ségrégation, l’emballage et la livraison doivent être opérés de manière appropriée dans chaque pièce telle que la salle de consultation externe, la salle d’opération, la salle de collecte de sang et la salle de dialyse.

– Précaution: les déchets infectés ne doivent pas être placés dans d’autres conteneurs sur le chemin du tri, de l’emballage et de la livraison.

– Stockage: les déchets infectieux doivent être stockés temporairement sur le site de stockage de l’hôpital jusqu’à ce que les déchets infectés soient incinérés.

– Incinérateur:

Il est conçu pour stériliser les déchets médicaux, réduire leur volume et rendre ses composants méconnaissables, le tout dans un système entièrement fermé et automatisé.

Il combine la vapeur chauffée directe, la haute pression et le déchiquetage pour traiter les matières infectieuses.

Les déchets contaminés sont chargés dans la chambre supérieure en acier inoxydable où un broyeur robuste réduit les déchets en petits morceaux. En utilisant la gravité, le matériau traité tombe dans la chambre de traitement où chaque pièce est chauffée à la vapeur à 134 et pressurisée à 3 à bar pendant 20 minutes. Les conditions de fonctionnement sont surveillées et validées en permanence pour obtenir une stérilisation complète.

Le cycle de processus d’une durée moyenne de 60 minutes est totalement automatisé. Un système informatisé surveille le processus et imprime automatiquement un rapport avec les paramètres de stérilisation essentiels à la fin du cycle pour une tenue de registres précise.

La capacité est comprise entre 500 et 600 kg / cy.h ou plus.

Cycle de traitement:

1- Chargement; les déchets contaminés sont automatiquement chargés dans la chambre de l’unité

2-déchiquetage; le déchiqueteur robuste coupe le matériau en petits morceaux et dispose d’un système d’inversion unique pour éviter les bourrages

3-chaleur; la vapeur saturée sous pression élève la température à 134 C et la pression à 3 bar

4-stérilisation; la stérilisation entre en contact direct avec le matériel de broyage (134 c, 3 bar) pendant 20 minutes

5-refroidissement; la température est abaissée à 80 C en pulvérisant de l’eau froide sur la double enveloppe de la cuve de traitement, simultanément, l’unité revient à la pression ambiante

6-Vidange; la vapeur est condensée en eau et évacuée avec l’eau de refroidissement vers le système d’égout sanitaire

7-vide; la vapeur résiduelle restante est évacuée par une pompe à vide

8-Déchargement; un signal numérique informe l’opérateur que toutes les conditions de fonctionnement sûres sont remplies

La condition déverrouille l’unité et permet le déchargement par gravité des déchets traités dans un conteneur
